BARRE + PULSE
Barre blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training to the workouts. Designed for wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.
SCULPT + YOGA
Sculpt is an anaerobic, muscle-toning class & total body workout. Most sculpting classes use hand weights, resistance bands, or other equipment to enhance your workout. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. Get ready for a pumped up playlist & high energy!
FLEX
A dynamic and intense fusion of tStrength + Conditioning principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) elements. This workout aims to strengthen and tone muscles while incorporating cardio exercises to enhance overall fitness and stamina. With a focus on heavier weights and resistance, Flex offers a challenging and effective full body workout that can boost strength, flexibility, and endurance.
BUTI + HOT
Buti focuses solely on burning out the muscles in each pose with plyometrics and cardio added for extra intensity. Tribal and primal movements are incorporated in the flows. This class is a great option for anyone looking to get a killer workout in without getting bored of linear movements. Allow your instructor to take you on a journey that releases fascia and leaves you completely blissed out. Open to all levels.
FLOW + HOT
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. The classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.
PILATES + HOT
Focusing on core strength, flexibility and alignment through precise, low-impact movements. Emphasis on breathing and mindfulness, helping improve posture, balance, and overall body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is ideal for building a strong foundation.
HOT PILATES-
a dynamic and challenging class in a lightly heated room, combining Pilates priciples with cardio and HIIT sequencing. The heat promotes flexibility and detoxification, while the high energy movements improve strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Perfect for those looking for a full body workout with an added intensity boost.
WARM RECOVERY
Indulge in a rejuvenating experience with our lightly infrared heated recovery class. Seamlessly blending restorative yoga and stretches tailored for athletes. Designed to recover the physical body, this session nurtures both the mind and nervous system, promoting holistic well-being. Join us for a soothing journey of recovery and relaxation in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
PRENATAL YOGA
This specialized format is designed to support expectant mothers through their pregnancy journey as well as postpartum mothers. Focused on promoting physical and mental well-being, prenatal yoga incorporates gentle stretches, safe breathing exercises, stability and strengthening, and relaxation techniques to support the unique needs of pre/postnatal women. This class/series aims to enhance flexibility + strength, reduce stress, and foster a connection between mama and her growing baby. Providing a nurturing space for both physical and emotional preparation for childbirth and all things motherhood.
RESTORE
Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more. Utilizing props such as blocks & straps to assist in poses that help bring us back into homeostasis.
