Service Description
FLUID is a movement practice that incorporates wearing socks to create traction with movement. A strong reliance on our deep abdominal muscles and upper body take us through a killer workout while tapping into our feminine divine. Bu this doesn't mean the dudes can't join in! We close out class with a simple choreographed set of movements to create mind muscle connection.

Cancellation Policy
By checking the box "I agree to the studio policies" you are agreeing to the following: Classes are non-refunandable. New Student 2 for 1 passes apply to one customer, one time. You may RESCHEDULE up to 3 hours prior to class time starting for the same format and day. (i.e. Monday Barre at 5:30pm can be rescheduled for a future Monday Barre at 5:30pm.) - this function can be performed by logging in to your account, going to your bookings and clicking reschedule. If you need to reschedule and prefer to use your credit towards a different class of the same value please email evryfitness@gmail.com to request. Please include the class format and time. Once your request is approved you will be rescheduled and notified with an email. This request must be submitted at least 3 hours prior to class starting for the original class you were signed up for. *NO SHOWS will not be refunded. A no show is no notification within 3 hours prior to class starting and not showing up to a class you are signed up for. Notification must be done 3 hours prior to class time starting in order to give those on the waitlist an adequate amount of time to prepare to come to class. Class passes will not be returned to your account in the case of a no show. Monthly memberships will incur a $5 penalty fee for a no show. Choose to opt in for reminders when signing up for class to ensure you are aware that you are booked for an upcoming class. If you are on the waitlist, you have not been charged. You are responsible for payment in the case that a spot opens up and are moved to the class. If you are on class passes or membership this will be taken from your account. If you are choosing a drop in method please contact us to pay for your class. If you are on the waitlist and have been notified of a spot opening up but are unable to secure your spot online, please contact us to allow us to resolve this. Unfortunately our POS system does not always register cancellations once a class is booked out. We will always do our best to get you signed up for your desired class when on the waitlist.
